Royal Volvo’s service staff (Matt and Tony) are always friendly. They let me know what to expect in terms of turn-around time and will have loaner car available if it’s going to take a significant amount of time to complete work on my 2018 XC60. This dealership is clean; has cleanable vinyl on chairs, no fabrics, and the chairs have little attached side tables (also clean). Waiting room has a nice big screen HDTV, complimentary hot coffee, and lots of natural light. Other Royal staff acknowledge you as they pass by, nodding, smiling, or saying hi/how are you. I also appreciate that the explanations I’m given aren’t overly technical. Matt and Tony speak in terms I understand without talking down to me or the other customers. The settings on my XC60 are always where they were when I take it in; lights, seat, music, etc. – and it is clean on the outside. It doesn’t smell like it’s been sitting in a mechanic’s garage (it still smells new), and there was not a feeling of dirt, grime, or grease on the steering wheel. My family was so impressed by the sales experience we just had at Royal South Mazda. Martin Fogleman was our sales associate and he was honestly the best salesman I've had. I HATE looking at cars because most associates make me feel very pressured. Martin was there 100% of the time but I never felt pressured. He and his colleagues (Nick, Ryan, and Alex) answered our questions and were so personable and informative. Every person there was professional and they worked very well together as a group. We really appreciate the personalized care of our SUV and the incredible treatment we receive from Matt Crane and Tony Blanton. They always make sure we completely understand what was done during each of our service visits; and we also appreciate the clean and comfortable waiting area. Consistent follow-up (after the service) reaffirms our good opinion of this dealership. I am absolutely 100% satisfied with the service I received yesterday at Royal Mazda in Bloomington, Indiana. I was only in town for two days to visit Indiana University and Tony took great care of me and my family with a mechanical issue; and the shuttle driver, Lou Robinson, was great as well; the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! I will be filling out a google review to tell others what a great experience I had. Please tell Tony and Lou that I said thanks. I wish Royal South was back in Buffalo, New York -- I would definitely be bringing my CX-9 to you for service from now on.
