What’s New for the 2019 Mazda CX-5?

On the exterior you’ll the 2019 Mazda CX-5 adds deeper contour lines along the lower rocker panels and softer yet defined edges for even more aggressive attraction.  The 2019 Mazda CX-5 also adds two trim levels, the Grand Touring Reserve and the Signature which get equipped with a standard turbocharged engine for horsepower and torque improvements.  Additional amenities and cabin comforts can also be found throughout the interior starting with the base trim level.  See all the trim levels and improvements for the 2019 Mazda CX-5 right here below and the 2019 CX-5 will be arriving at Royal South Mazda in Bloomington, IN very soon.

What are the Trim Levels for the 2019 Mazda CX-5?

The 2019 Mazda CX-5 is offered in five trim levels which include the Sport, Touring, Grand Touring, Grand Touring Reserve, and the Signature.  The bottom three trim levels receive a standard 2.5L SKYACTIV®-G 4-Cylinder engine that supplies it with 187 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque.  This engine works with the SKYACTIV®-Drive 6-Speed Automatic Transmission and SKYACTIV®-VEHICLE DYNAMICS with G-Vectoring Control for precision responsiveness and impressive efficiency.

Under the hood of the 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve and Signature trims is a 2.5T Dynamic Pressure Turbocharged SKYACTIV®-G 4-Cylinder that cranks out a heart-racing 250* Horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque.  The top two trim levels also are equipped with standard All-Wheel Drive so the 2019 Mazda CX-5 is always adventure-ready and able to handle everything Mother Nature throws at it.

All trim levels get a large color touchscreen display with the MAZDA CONNECT™ Infotainment System and Bluetooth® Connectivity and all but the base trim level also have Android Auto™ & Apple CarPlay™ which is new for the 2019 model year.  All trim levels also get a standard leather-trimmed steering wheel and shift knob but as you quickly ascend the trim level ladder you will find leather-trimmed and heated seats.  When you reach the Signature edition it gets Nappa leather, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and even a heated steering wheel for those cold Indiana mornings.
