What are the New Specs & Features of the 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata?
- 2.0L SKYACTIV®-G Engine adds 26 HP/ 3 LB-FT of Torque
- New Brown Soft Top Available on Grand Touring Trim
- New Standard Tilt & Telescopic Steering Column
- New Standard Rearview Camera
Not only does the improved SYACTIV®-G engine see a 17% increase in horsepower and torque over the 2018 MX-5 Miata but it also increases overall fuel economy as well. These engine improvements result in the 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata being quicker and more responsive than its predecessor.
The new Tilt & Telescopic Steering Column provides the driver with 30mm of telescoping range and 42mm of tilt range and along with the adjustable driver’s seat the 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata makes it easy for the driver to find a steering wheel and seat position that is perfect for them.
The 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata will once again have three trim levels to choose from which include the Sport, Club, and Grand Touring. Standard features of the Sport trim include a Black Soft Top, 16” Alloy Wheels, a 7” Color Touchscreen Display, a 6-Speaker Stereo, and the MAZDA CONNECT™ Infotainment System. Upgrade to the 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata Grand Touring and owners are rewarded with Rain-Sensing Wipers, 17” Dark Silver Wheels, Heated & Leather-Trimmed Seats, and a Bose® 9-Speaker Stereo. The Grand Touring will also make available a GT-S Package that equips the 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata with the SKYACTIV®-MT 6-Speed Manual Transmission, a Front Shock-Tower Brace, a Rear Limited Slip Differential, and Bilstein Dampers for an even more fulfilling ride.
