2017 Mazda6 Engine Power
The 2017 Mazda6 is outfitted with a SKYACTIV®-G 2.5L DOHC 4-cylinder engine with VVT. Mazda specially designed the SKYACTIV® technology in order to achieve the most power and efficiency. Because of this innovation, the 2017 Mazda6 is able to deliver 184 horsepower, 185 lb.-ft. of torque, and an estimated 26 mpg-city/35 mpg-highway fuel economy when paired with the automatic transmission.
Speaking of transmissions, the 2017 Mazda6 is available with either a SKYACTIV®-MT 6-speed manual or a SKYACTIV®-Drive 6-speed Sport automatic with manual shift and Sport mode.
